I am a licensed clinical psychologist specializing in helping children and teens aged 6 and older, as well as providing parenting and family support for caregivers of children aged 3 and older. I also have expertise in the peripartum period, including adjustment to parenting and managing anxiety and depression during and after pregnancy. Together, we will set goals and develop new ways to cope with and think about situations and feelings. In addition to talking, my work with children includes activities, art, play, and movement.
