I have dedicated my career to helping children, families, and individuals process trauma and improve their mental health through a strengths-based and trauma-informed approach. I am passionate about helping those who struggle with anxiety, depression, grief, relational issues, dysfunctional family systems and trauma. I also specialize in providing adoption-competent therapy to adoptees and their families. My services for children include play-therapy techniques and the development of emotional regulation and social skills.
